We hired Stephanie to place a tenant in our apartment below our residence.

What was great about working with Stephanie was that she did a careful walk-thru of our rental, providing thoughtful suggestions on how to most effectively stage the spaces for prospective tenants.

She provided pricing information based on our current local trends and helped us to set an asking price that was good for us and attractive to prospective tenants.  She handled all the photos and advertising for the rental. She did a great job of screening prospective tenants.

Stephanie brought us people that were a great fit for our space, and then adroitly handled all the paperwork and negotiations.   She was thorough and very communicative with every step and handled any concerns we had with ease. We would definitely recommend her !

We ended up with a full price, all cash offer.  Still smiling. 😊

Stephanie sold my condo at 555 Casa Del Mar in San Simeon, CA in May of 2022
Stephanie was recommended to me by another resident of Casa Del Mar, and as soon as I called her she was there ready to go to work.  She saw the place at its worst - I was in the process of putting down new flooring on the ground level, and it was a mess. She got a lot of information from me and filled out dozens of forms, and also did title searches that told me things I didn't know or remember!  I was an absentee owner - I live about 1200 miles from the condo and had to go back to Idaho in the middle of the process.  She was outstanding at getting inspections and repairs and paperwork accomplished, and didn't lose her cool when I decided in the middle of the process to do a 1031 real estate exchange for a property in Idaho.  She always responded immediately to phone calls and texts and emails, and answered all my questions as they occurred.  She is an expert negotiator and was able to get a much higher price than her original target.  I am almost sorry the condo has closed - I will miss communicating with her!  She has become a friend, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a property in that area.
